Yes — every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can run your first real session before deciding.
Q.02How much does it cost?
Starter is $29 per month per league after the 7-day trial. Polar shows that amount at checkout before you pay. Cancel anytime.
Q.03What payment methods do you accept?
Subscription billing is handled by Polar and accepts all major credit and debit cards. For your members, Thurzy supports Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, and cash — whatever your league or club prefers.
Q.04Can I cancel at any time?
Anytime, with no penalty. When you cancel, your account moves to read-only at the end of your billing period — your data stays safe and exportable.
Q.05What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan to keep full access, or your account drops to read-only — you can still view and export everything, you just can't create or edit until you subscribe.
Q.06What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll issue a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated case by case — just email us.
