Terms of service.

Thurzy is operated by Par72 Labs, LLC. These terms describe the rules for using the platform. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thurzy, operated by Par72 Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Thurzy provides software for recreational sports leagues and similar groups to manage schedules, rosters, RSVPs, attendance, payments, and communications. League administrators control their own group data. We provide the platform; organizers are responsible for how they use it with their players.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Organizers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and message player contact information.

Acceptable use

You may not use Thurzy to send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or messages unrelated to legitimate league operations. You may not attempt to breach security, scrape data you are not authorized to access, or misuse payment features. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users.

Payments

Player payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of connected league accounts. Subscription billing for Thurzy plans is processed by Polar. Fees, refunds, and charge disputes for league payments are primarily between the organizer and the player, subject to our payment features and applicable law.

SMS terms.

By providing your mobile number to a league administrator for roster communications, you consent to receive transactional SMS from that league via Thurzy, including RSVP invitations, reminders, payment notices, and similar operational messages. Texts are currently sent under our former name, RosterHQ.
You can also opt in at https://uploads.rosterhq.us/sms/opt-in.html by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. Reply STOP to the RosterHQ number to opt out, HELP for help, and START to opt back in.
Message frequency varies by league schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from third parties.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile information with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle personal data — including mobile numbers — is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

Disclaimers & liability.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you are on a free plan.

Organizers are independent users of the platform. We are not responsible for league rules, on-ice conduct, payment disputes between organizers and players, or content organizers send through the service.

Changes & termination.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
